20/08/2024: A real place of pleasure for the taste buds! The cuisine is refined and rich in flavors. The owner knows how to welcome and put you at ease. At the end of the meal, we had free treats as well as tea! Everything was perfect! THANKS!!!

31/07/2024: Small, warm restaurant, a concept around the balance of flavors present from start to finish, as much in the plates as in the service and the atmosphere. Quality natural wines (this is not that common), explanations on all the dishes, finesse, taste and a passion for the profession that shines through from the first words. Simply the definition we make of a quality restaurant, a great discovery, we will come back!

23/08/2024: You wouldn't expect to find, in a modest and busy street in Niederbronn, a so-called 'Asian' restaurant of this quality, both in terms of comfort and cuisine. But once you have tasted what can be served there (both in variety and quality), you understand why this restaurant is so well stocked (i.e. so well attended that it is better to reserve your place there) . Well done !

10/12/2024: J'adore ce restaurant et Maman (85 ans) aussi. La patronne est très accueillante, souriante et à toujours un mot agréable pour chaque client. Toujours au petit soin pour chacun. En ce qui concerne les plats, c'est délicieux. J'ai trouvé mon bonheur au niveau de la soupe vietnamienne/riz blanc et les plats à base de poissons. sèche, etc. Boboun évidement à empoter ou sur place

02/11/2024: Carte généreuse où on retrouve des plats traditionnels chinois et vietnamiens, possibilité de demander des variantes végétariennes. A goûter : les BoBun du mardi et jeudi midi!

29/06/2024: Good food. Really enjoyed d the spring rolls served with any dent lettuce and fresh basil. Old fashion place where food is what matters not the decor! Owner was very efficient serving food but not very talkative !

08/09/2024: If you like Asian flavors go your way. It's already a good start, when I order a schweppes and they bring me back to the table, a can of fake schweppes from Lidl...we receive the starter after almost an hour of waiting and there, surprise, egg rolls and industrial fried ravioli that smell like frozen! Waiting so long for THIS!!! Arrives flat, and then it’s even worse 😨 Peking duck, what I don't really know about, because it's just a piece of duck put in the oven and totally dry... which is bathed in an infamous sauce! The Cantonese rice which accompanies this thing, and composed of diced industrial hams of tasteless rice and two or three peas which fight in a duel….in short, a shame when you can't even season Cantonese rice!!! It’s so sad to serve such bland Asian food, especially when you know how aromatic and tasty it can be. In short, avoid if you want to travel for a meal.

03/09/2024: Unfortunately, my visit to "Phan Asia" was a big disappointment. As a customer, you absolutely don't feel welcome here. On the contrary, I was treated very rude and disrespectful. The staff was rude, stressed, and made customers feel like they were more of a burden than a king – which is unacceptable in the restaurant business. The food was okay for an Asian fast food place, but nothing special. However, even good food cannot compensate for such poor service. In summary, I unfortunately cannot recommend "Phan Asia". If you are looking for a place where you will be served with friendliness and courtesy, this is definitely not here.

21/08/2024: To flee! The food has no taste. Everything is bland and greasy. And the staff don't talk about it, they don't listen to you.

12/12/2024: Que dire. Pas bon. Qualité mauvaise. Je ne conseil pas. Même un collègue a pu manger le désert, Ils ont débarrassétout sans nous demander si on avait fini de manger.

20/07/2024: J'y suis allée avec mon père il y a pas longtemps, mais même sans ça j'y vais souvent, le patron est sympa ^^. La nourriture est bonne et diversifiée surtout le soir, mais c'est dommage que ça soit plutôt cher, même si ça se comprend puisque c'est un buffet à volonté. Il y a aussi de belles décoration dans le thème. Pour les anniversaires par contre je n'aime pas trop puisque il y a juste une petite chanson traditionnelle française d'anniversaire et une assiette avec un macarons, une bougie et 3 bonbons, avec une figurine chat par contre ! (QUI bouge la pâte au soleil :) Enfin bref, plutôt positif dans l'ensemble mais vaut mieux y aller le soir. ^^

27/05/2024: J'ai pu lire beaucoup de mauvais avis à propos de ce restaurant : - "poussière sur les meubles"; - "des plats trop frais ou trop chauds selon la façon dont ils doivent être conservés"; - "les employés débarassent la table quand vous êtes encore assis" et j'en passe. Personellement, à propos de l'hygiène dans le restaurant, j'ai plutôt apprécié la propreté et la décoration. Je n'ai pas pu voir les toilettes, donc rien à dire là-dessus. A propos des plats trop frais ou trop chauds, j'ai trouvé les plats bien faits et à la bonne température. Le saumon était fondant, les suchis étaient frais et appétissants, et les desserts étaient un vrai plaisir. J'ai donc bien aimé tout ce qui touchait à la nourriture, et je recommande de goûter les traditions en premier, car je n'ai pas pu en goûter beaucoup à cause du saucisson ! Et enfin, à propos des employés qui débarassent la table trop rapidement, c'est vrai. J'ai trouvé plutôt désagréable le fait qu'ils débarassent la table quand on est encore installé, mais ça part d'une bonne intention. En résumé, un très bon restaurant pour inviter vos proches pour des moments de fête que je vous recommande très fortement. Moi et ma famille reviendront très probablement.
