06/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in Lesneven. From the moment you step inside, the Phnom Penh restaurant invites you on a journey. The atmosphere is warm and exotic, with carefully curated décor that elegantly blends Asian influences with the charm of old Breton stone. I started with a house sake cocktail, delicate and perfectly balanced. The real highlight was the stuffed crab, presented in its shell, accompanied by two sauces. A presentation as surprising as it was elegant. The stuffing was generous and fragrant, with a beautiful balance between the sweetness of the crab, the finely prepared vegetables, and the subtle spices that allowed the flavors to shine. The satay shrimp were simply remarkable: tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right, accompanied by crisp vegetables that provided freshness and contrast. To finish, a decadent Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce) paired with a delicately scented jasmine tea—a perfect conclusion to this culinary adventure. The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and efficient without ever being intrusive. The prices remain very reasonable considering the quality of the food and the overall experience.
