06/03/2026: A wonderful discovery at the Dragon d'Asie restaurant, where we had booked for 4 people at 7:30 pm. We found the service to be impeccable, and the waitress was very friendly and smiling. The food was excellent, full of flavors and tastes. The value for money for the €25 menu was perfect, so we will definitely return for dinner when we are back in Carhaix. 12/05/2026: On the all good choice of buffet,Ifb you like sushi plenty to chose ,if you like batter coated food ample selection, but like me I like fresh cooked. Food the stir fry,is excellent plenty chicken,fish prawns and vegetable , if you like sweets plenty of pastry all for a amazing price specially lunch time.

25/04/2026: You immediately think of home-style cooking, like the kind you'd find in Vietnamese restaurants that opened in France in the early 1970s, with traditional recipes "just like at home," albeit heavily Westernized. The quality of the food, the owner's warm welcome, the slightly old-fashioned but charming decor, and the cleanliness of the place all contribute to a very pleasant experience. We'll definitely be back, and we're certainly not the only ones.

03/05/2026: We tried the traditional "Amok," fish in coconut milk and lemongrass, very mildly spiced: absolutely delicious. It came with a generous, lemony, slightly spicy shrimp salad. Don't hesitate to visit "Phnom Penh in Brittany."

11/02/2026: An excellent choice for Thai food lovers! A very pleasant restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and, above all, an incredibly warm welcome. The Thai cuisine is excellent, flavorful, and clearly prepared with passion—you can taste the genuine homemade quality, cooked with love. As a devoted fan of Thai food, my only slight reservation—a very personal one—concerns the level of spice, which is rather mild to suit the French palate. As someone who prefers bolder flavors, I would have gladly appreciated a bit more heat… but this doesn't detract from the quality of the dishes! Special mention for the desserts, absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced. Chop tee née ran ahaan! A roy maak! (I highly recommend this restaurant—it's very good!)

26/02/2026: Excellent service and a warm welcome. The menu is extensive and includes traditional dishes not often found on the menus of other Vietnamese restaurants. The quality of the food is good, on par with what I cook at home. I'm sticking with 4 stars because I reserve 5 for exceptional restaurants; here, I would say it's very, very good.

25/02/2026: Frankly, very disappointed. We've eaten at this restaurant several times, always at lunchtime. The welcome has always been warm, but much less so the evening we went. As for the food, we always ordered the bobun nem, which is good. There were 14 of us, and we came one weekday evening, confident we'd be introducing our family to this charming little restaurant, but we were completely disappointed. Of the 14 appetizers and main courses, it was all a letdown: no flavor, slimy dishes, and sometimes with an earthy taste. The salads served as appetizers were frankly very poorly seasoned—too salty, too spicy, and yet I myself cook spicy food, and we're perfectly used to hot dishes. This time, no one ordered the bobun; there was an assortment of everything on our table. The chicken with stir-fried noodles was bland, and the basil beef was a basil dish in name only. The caramel pork was very disappointing with a nasty eggy taste. The meats were mediocre: the beef was tough and the chicken slimy. The value for money is frankly terrible. Especially for the starters. The cocktail, frankly… two sips of cheap fruit juice with syrup doesn't deserve to be called a cocktail; it's a real rip-off. The only dishes that had any flavor were the soups; they were decent, despite the frankly unappetizing slices of pork. We came to have a good time, and the evening was marred by the bland or overly spicy food on our plates. I considered this restaurant to be the best Asian restaurant in Quimper, unlike the awful all-you-can-eat buffets. I don't understand what happened. Is the staff different for lunch and dinner? Has the chef changed? Perhaps only the bobun and the soups are good? For my part, our group won't be going back to eat there anytime soon. Unless there's an explanation for this significant drop in quality and taste that can be corrected. All of it really expensive for what it was.
