06/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in Lesneven. From the moment you step inside, the Phnom Penh restaurant invites you on a journey. The atmosphere is warm and exotic, with carefully curated décor that elegantly blends Asian influences with the charm of old Breton stone. I started with a house sake cocktail, delicate and perfectly balanced. The real highlight was the stuffed crab, presented in its shell, accompanied by two sauces. A presentation as surprising as it was elegant. The stuffing was generous and fragrant, with a beautiful balance between the sweetness of the crab, the finely prepared vegetables, and the subtle spices that allowed the flavors to shine. The satay shrimp were simply remarkable: tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right, accompanied by crisp vegetables that provided freshness and contrast. To finish, a decadent Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce) paired with a delicately scented jasmine tea—a perfect conclusion to this culinary adventure. The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and efficient without ever being intrusive. The prices remain very reasonable considering the quality of the food and the overall experience. It's a place you leave with the feeling of having traveled for the duration of a meal… and where you already want to return.

25/04/2026: You immediately think of home-style cooking, like the kind you'd find in Vietnamese restaurants that opened in France in the early 1970s, with traditional recipes "just like at home," albeit heavily Westernized. The quality of the food, the owner's warm welcome, the slightly old-fashioned but charming decor, and the cleanliness of the place all contribute to a very pleasant experience. We'll definitely be back, and we're certainly not the only ones.

06/03/2026: A wonderful discovery at the Dragon d'Asie restaurant, where we had booked for 4 people at 7:30 pm. We found the service to be impeccable, and the waitress was very friendly and smiling. The food was excellent, full of flavors and tastes. The value for money for the €25 menu was perfect, so we will definitely return for dinner when we are back in Carhaix. 25/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! We had a great time. We started with the spring rolls and pork dumplings to share as appetizers, which were delicious. Then we had the beef satay and chicken curry, which were also very good. We were quite full, so we shared a dessert: apple spring rolls. We'll be back!

11/02/2026: An excellent choice for Thai food lovers! A very pleasant restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and, above all, an incredibly warm welcome. The Thai cuisine is excellent, flavorful, and clearly prepared with passion—you can taste the genuine homemade quality, cooked with love. As a devoted fan of Thai food, my only slight reservation—a very personal one—concerns the level of spice, which is rather mild to suit the French palate. As someone who prefers bolder flavors, I would have gladly appreciated a bit more heat… but this doesn't detract from the quality of the dishes! Special mention for the desserts, absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced. Chop tee née ran ahaan! A roy maak! (I highly recommend this restaurant—it's very good!)
