20/03/2026: The food is good. You can tell the ingredients are fresh.
The wait time between courses is reasonable.
However, the selection and quality of the desserts really leave much to be desired, which is a shame.
19/03/2026: We arrived there, the waitress didn't speak a word of French, no greeting, the sushi must have been sitting on the pass because it arrived lukewarm and not cold, so there were only two pieces left on my plate and you're forced to eat them or there's a €5 surcharge, so sorry, eating something that's bordering on unhygienic doesn't make me want to finish the plate.
