01/04/2026: I had lunch at Phan’x in Cluses. Overall, it was good: the shrimp fritters and shrimp udon were excellent, and you can tell the dishes are made to order. There's a bit of a wait, but in this case, it's not a problem; quite the opposite. The atmosphere is pleasant. The gentleman is very welcoming, while the lady is considerably less so, which makes the service somewhat inconsistent. The real downside is the price of the shrimp fritters: they were tasty, but frankly too expensive for just three small tempura. It's a shame, because it leaves a mixed impression, even though the rest is quite satisfactory.

20/03/2026: A group of us went out for dinner, and overall, the experience was mixed. To start, we ordered fried calamari and tempura soft-shell crab. The calamari was tasty, but a bit dry and tough. The crab, on the other hand, was quite good. For our main courses, we tried the Korean chicken and the duck. The chicken was a pleasant surprise: very crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and with a well-balanced spiciness. The duck was also quite good, cooked perfectly, and served with a well-blended sauce. The biggest problem was the service. It took more than half an hour to serve our first course and another 40 minutes between the first and second courses. Furthermore, they never informed us of the delay or showed any concern for the wait, which significantly worsened the experience. In short, the food was good, but the service needs improvement.

28/02/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; the Tom Yum shrimp soup was amazing, and the chicken and cashew nut stir-fry was excellent. A great find!

28/03/2026: I'm raising my rating and review accordingly. It was excellent, I had a wonderful meal. A very well-run and clean restaurant with top-notch staff. Excellent, very fast service, with a smile and genuine kindness. The dishes were excellent and generous; even I, a big eater, couldn't finish... Truly excellent, a small restaurant that deserves its 5 stars, I thoroughly enjoyed it. A large outdoor terrace where you are pampered. Thank you, it was very good. I confirm following our visit this week, very good and very tasty, thank you.
