21/10/2026: As a regular customer of the Espace Léman shopping center in Anthy-sur-Léman, I often stop at this McDonald's, and my overall experience is frankly positive. It's a modern, well-run establishment, particularly well-suited to families. Its first major advantage is its location. Situated in the heart of the shopping center, it boasts a very large free parking lot, making parking quick and easy. The restaurant's interior is spacious, bright, and equipped with numerous self-service kiosks, minimizing wait times. For children, the play area is a real treat, and the outdoor patio is especially pleasant as soon as the weather warms up. As for the food, it more than delivers. The burgers are generally very well assembled (the cheese is perfectly melted, the ingredients are perfectly centered) and served piping hot. Special mention goes to the fries and Deluxe Potatoes, which almost always arrive crispy and perfectly salted. What impresses me most is the efficiency of the staff. Even on weekends or during the lunchtime rush, the staff remains courteous and smiling, handling the flow of customers with great professionalism. The Drive-Thru: The line moves quickly thanks to efficient logistics. Furthermore, unlike other fast-food restaurants, items left in bags are extremely rare here. Requested sauces and Happy Meal toys are always available. Cleanliness: Despite very high customer traffic, the dining area and counters are cleaned regularly. Staff are constantly moving around to clear tables and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. This is an excellent suburban McDonald's. Whether it's for a quick break between shopping trips, a family meal on the weekend, or a quick stop at the Drive-Thru after work, the service is fast, the welcome is great, and the quality is consistently high!

16/09/2026: Bad experience Second time at this restaurant. The quality of the food and service has declined significantly. The dessert buffet needs improvement; it's all frozen and really not good. The presentation of the dishes needs improvement… For 30 euros per person without drinks!!!! The restaurant was empty; I understand why now!!!

10/08/2026: Upon arrival, the facade presented a very neglected appearance with an old sign still visible. Furthermore, the "Maître Restaurateur" designation suggests delicious cuisine and quality service. However, the dish itself was not up to par, and its presentation left much to be desired. A very disappointing culinary experience!

31/05/2026: We had a fantastic meal at this restaurant! The dishes were delicious, carefully prepared, and full of flavor. The menu was very generous, with ample portions. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere was friendly. A truly excellent place that we highly recommend. We will gladly return!
