07/07/2026: I'm a regular at this restaurant, especially for takeout, which is excellent (quality, very fast service). However, we dined at Chammie Sushi on a Monday evening, and the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed even though the restaurant was practically empty, and some employees were quite unpleasant. Dishes took almost an hour to arrive, others were forgotten, we had to repeatedly ask for our order to be served, and some plates were cold because they'd been left on the counter for too long... all of this was met with an irritated response from the waiter. I don't recommend dining in; opt for takeout instead.

16/06/2026: Great for sushi, however, the steamed appetizers take an extremely long time to arrive, and the hot dishes like stir-fried noodles or fried rice are swimming in oil. I know you need a fair amount of oil to cook in a wok, but this is a bit much. I recommend it for sushi, maki, etc., but not for anything else.

29/06/2026: With this intense heat, I thought I'd be able to eat in the cool, but frankly, it was unbearable. I asked if they had a problem with the air conditioning, and they told me no, the air conditioning was working and that it was because of the buffet. I found that strange, especially since it was cooler outside when I finished eating and we left. Honestly, I'm very disappointed. Yet I used to go to this restaurant often. As a result, I won't go back until the temperature inside is more comfortable. It was so difficult to stay at the table to eat during the meal. It's a real shame.

21/06/2026: I love this restaurant, exceptional value for money. The dishes are simple but fresh, personally I enjoy myself every time I come.
