Chammie Sushi sur Thionville

I'm a regular at this restaurant, especially for takeout, which is excellent (quality, very fast service). However, we dined at Chammie Sushi on a Monday evening, and the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed even though the restaurant was practically empty, and some employees were quite unpleasant. Dishes took almost an hour to arrive, others were forgotten, we had to repeatedly ask for our order to be served, and some plates were cold because they'd been left on the counter for too long... all of this was met with an irritated response from the waiter. I don't recommend dining in; opt for takeout instead.

Great for sushi, however, the steamed appetizers take an extremely long time to arrive, and the hot dishes like stir-fried noodles or fried rice are swimming in oil. I know you need a fair amount of oil to cook in a wok, but this is a bit much. I recommend it for sushi, maki, etc., but not for anything else.

I've been ordering from them for months now. And I've also been to their restaurant. I'VE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED! Thank you for the freshness of the products. Thank you for the generous portions! I will remain a loyal customer!

Finally, a restaurant that stands out from the crowd. Excellent dishes, with special mention for the beef udon, chicken karaage, crunchy salmon, and shrimp tempura. The mochi for dessert are truly delicious (matcha, black sesame, and yuzu). The dishes are full of flavor and have wonderful taste. I highly recommend all the dishes and sushi, which are incredible, and the attentive staff ensures you have a great time.

We usually order takeout. I recently discovered I have a gluten allergy, so yesterday I placed an order for my partner and myself, noting my allergy. Just a few minutes later, the restaurant called to let me know about the presence of gluten, offered an alternative, and gave us a small extra charge. I think their responsiveness and customer service are fantastic; I highly recommend this restaurant. ☺️

Excellent Japanese restaurant! The ingredients are very fresh, especially the sashimi, which is delicate and flavorful. The sushi is well-balanced, with perfectly cooked rice. The hot dishes are very well done, with crispy and light fried foods. Generous portions, consistent quality, and attentive service. I'll definitely keep this address for my next Japanese food cravings.
