14/03/2024: Typically, I’m not a huge fan of hotel restaurants. They often feeling a bit ingenuine; adopted for a wide clientele, tending towards safety in menu, flavours and presentation. In so, I would argue Café M is somewhat of a gem. While I only stopped for lunch I had a very enjoyable meal, devoid of the typical sacrifices of identity so often seen in hotels. I would attribute a certain artistic flair to their cusine, particularly in plating, that much exceeded my expectations. Sure, the businesslike atmosphere isn’t ideal, and going through the lobby to get to the café feels cumbersome. But for what it is, it shines on food.

04/04/2024: Il y avait peu de monde et cela m’inquiétait un peu mais c’était très bon , Bimbimbap et Bobun. Ainsi que les desserts. Je suis ravie d’avoir découvert cet endroit.

05/04/2024: Good food but subpar service for foreigners! We went here twice because we were craving Asian foods in our one week trip to Paris. Both times, we were charged more (than the locals). I've traveled over 10 countries, and this was the first place to charge me extra money (3.9 euro to be exact) for a small bowl of rice that they brought with the curry dish (not an extra rice bowl, but it was served with the curry plate). When I asked the server/owner about the charge, he simply said that the rice was extra charge (but then, we never ordered the rice separately in the first place). WOW, I guess French people normally eat the curry as a soup??? That was the final draw for me to warn other travelers to watch out about this place. FYI, the severs/owners were spending lots of time with the French speaking locals/guests (maybe that explains their high ratings).

31/03/2024: Good service. The staff is Korean. The dishes were good, the beef lacked a little taste but it was still ok. The menu is more profitable than choosing a la carte.

24/03/2024: A little disappointed with the bibimbap but the food is not bad overall. For lunch, very affordable option.

04/04/2024: Restaurant attracts tourists. The prices are super high compared to the portion, the plates are not washed well, there are stains left on them. The crew not efficient or observant in clearing or serving. The cuisine is decent in taste (chicken skewers very very sweet all the same), but given the rest which is quite disappointing I don't recommend this place.

04/04/2024: We went to this restaurant before Crazy and we will not repeat the restaurant experience. Let me explain: food is good but the value for money is not excellent. The setting is cozy. But....the service is disorganized even though there were very few cutlery to serve. We had to wait 1 hour between the starter and the main course. So we had to ship the main course and dessert in 1/4 hour to be on time at Crazy. It's really a shame. I therefore advise against taking the GINGER show and restaurant formula. Fortunately, the show is great!

01/04/2024: Decided to eat here after getting caught in the rain and seeing that there were good reviews. However, after we sat down, they told us that the kitchen would be closing very soon. We ordered quickly and soon after, they gave us our food. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, and when I told them this politely, the server, who did not speak English attempted to give us the two dishes, when I had only ordered one, and none of them were my order. I tried to explain, but they refused to bring the server that did speak English. When that server eventually came, they insisted that the shrimp (prawn) that the first server was holding was what I had ordered, and that they in fact had no pork. Then they continued to try and force both incorrect meals on me, and they seemed slightly rude at this, and I eventually decided to take one of the incorrect meals, as we were in a rush. Peaceful restaurant, but I wish that they had been more understanding in my very valid case.
