07/07/2026: It's a shame the certification has changed on the chicken cutlets and drumsticks in 2.5 kg packs... it used to be AVS certified. Now it's some unknown stuff with chicken from Romania/Poland. The price is okay, though. But if the certification is questionable, I'll go elsewhere. Otherwise, it's fine overall.

08/06/2026: The salt and pepper squid is extraordinary, the customer service is very pleasant, the staff are really very nice, and the atmosphere is simple, perfect for a family or couple's lunch on Sunday.

23/07/2026: The telephone service was extremely disappointing. I called to check on the status of my order, more than an hour after placing it, even though the advertised delivery time was 30 minutes. No greeting, just a "it's coming," before they hung up on me. In the end, the delivery arrived after a 1.5-hour wait.
Fortunately, the delivery driver was pleasant and courteous. However, the value for money is truly lacking: the California rolls are mostly rice (far too cooked), with very little filling.
A very disappointing experience. This will be my first and last order from them.

Thank you for your reply.
However, I stand by my comments regarding the telephone service. To say it was courteous is an understatement. Courtesy means, at the very least, saying "good evening" and "goodbye," letting the other person finish their sentence, and not hanging up on them.
The call lasted 21 seconds and went like this:
Me: "Good evening, I'm calling because I placed an order a while ago..."
Restaurant (interrupting me): "Where are you located?"
Me: "I live in X."
Restaurant: "He's on his way, X is quite a distance."
Then the call was disconnected on your end.
Everyone is free to draw their own conclusions, but I don't consider this exchange to be courteous. Especially since I was only calling to make sure everything was alright.
Regarding the delivery, I completely understand that distance can lengthen the delay (even though I'm only a 15-minute drive away). It wasn't the fact that I waited over an hour that bothered me, but the discrepancy with the promised delivery time and, above all, the way my inquiry was handled.
Finally, regarding the California rolls, it's not simply a matter of taste. The rice was far overcooked, as you can see in the photo, and the California rolls contained a much larger proportion of rice than filling (especially at this price). The photo shown was just one example of the products we ordered.
I regret this experience, especially since it was our first order with you.

From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely slow. While other tables (which arrived after us) were served regularly by robots, we waited an interminable amount of time for our food.
The most worrying aspect was the hygiene and quality of the food. The prawns served at a neighboring table had such a strong odor that it permeated the entire dining room. Large flies swarmed around the seafood and then landed on our plates. We also noticed that a dessert display was neither refrigerated (desserts that should have been) nor protected by a lid or glass cover. There, too, numerous flies landed directly on the desserts, which is frankly alarming.
As for our food, nothing was fresh. The maki and sushi were very poorly made: they fell apart as soon as we tried to pick them up with chopsticks. The avocado was unripe, the rice was dry, and, most importantly, the salmon and other seafood clearly tasted rancid. They smelled awful and left a truly unpleasant aftertaste.
When we raised our concerns, the staff explained that it was due to the heat and the retractable roof, claiming that the dishes had gone bad once placed on the table. However, we tasted them immediately upon arrival, making this explanation hard to believe. We felt they were simply making excuses rather than acknowledging the problem.
On our way home, we started experiencing stomach pain. After reading Google reviews, we discovered that several other customers had also reported feeling sick after their meals, while others mentioned a serious lack of freshness in the food. Based on our own experience, this is particularly concerning.
A very disappointing experience. We absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

14/09/2024: Nourriture basique pour un samedi midi. Pas d huîtres, pas de brochettes de saumon. Pas de rince doigt pour les crevettes ? Assiettes mouillées.... cantine très bruyante. Je préfère payer plus cher mais avoir mieux. J attends l ouverture de l Atlantic avec impatience. Pour couronner le tout : personne à la caisse désagréable qui ne détaille pas la note... donc arnaque. Ce midi : 3 menus à 14.90 + 1 jus d ananas + 1 bouteille de côté de Provence St Tropez à 17.90 cela ne fait pas 72.10 eur ... faites attention à la note ...arnaque de 5 eur, sympa de se servir le pourboire ou prix inchangés sur la carte ?
02/06/2024: Je suis une habituée depuis plus d’une dizaine d’années. Et dernièrement, après y avoir mangé avec mes parents âgés et mes enfants, nous avons décidé de changer de crémerie et nous avons ouverts les yeux sur les défauts de ce restaurant.
Tout d’abord, le buffet est restreint.
Le gérant au bar est très hautain et vraiment peu aimable.
Enfin, le prix n’est pas si attractif que cela. Les enfants de 10 ans payent comme un adulte.
Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de voir à notre dernière visite que le non aimable gérant nous avait refusé une ancienne carte de fidélité pour dîner du soir. Et ne nous a même pas proposé de les restituer sur une nouvelle carte. Nous avons donc décidé de traverser la route pour découvrir le restaurant Plancha Grill juste à quelques mètres !
Et nous avons été accueilli par des serveurs très souriants. Nous avons été surpris par l’immensité de la salle avec les 2 écrans géant sur les murs. Et par la variété impressionnante du buffet qui fait bien le double de celui de saveurs gourmandes. Nous y avons découvert avec joie des mets qu’ils ne proposent pas : crabe, moules, escargots, fondue chinoise, soupe pékinoise, frites de patates douces, glace à la mange, banane, daurade et turbot entier. Et j’en passe !
Et le prix est moins cher ! Les enfants ne sont pas considérés comme des mangeurs adultes : il y a 2 tarifs selon leur taille.
Et en plus, si vous avez les coupons de -5€ que l’on trouve sur les tickets de caisse (type Leclerc ou Auchan), ça réduit encore le montant de l’addition.
Pour couronner le tout, à saveurs gourmandes, pour se garer, il faut savoir manœuvrer sur leur petit parking aérien. Ou aller se terrer dans leur parking souterrain. Chez plancha grill, le parking est aisément accessible.
Je regrette toutes ces années à aller manger chez saveurs gourmandes. Que de frustrations.
Ils ont perdu 4 clients ! Et j’encourage les lecteurs de ce post à comparer car à PONTOISE et Cergy, il y a de la concurrence et il faut en profiter. Ce qui est dommage, c’est que le gérant au bar semble l’oublier.
