The meal was a delight...
Homemade foie gras, fisherman's salad, cassoulet, beef steak with Banyuls sauce...
Chocolate pear dome dessert.
I am in the gourmet restaurant business and some people should take an example from this chef and his way of cooking.
Price more than fair for the quality of the meal.
