20/10/2024: The boss and staff are friendly, smiling and welcoming. The cuisine is family style, the dishes are simple but excellent and plentiful, for a reasonable price. And the chef’s tarte tatin, a real treat!!! It's a place where we like to come back...

31/12/2024: We had our wedding reception in Chateau du Puits es Pratx August 2024 and had the most amazing weekend. The venue itself is like something from a fairytale. Its grounds and building are beautiful in a tradition yet modern way. There are so many beautiful nooks and crannies that lend wonderfully to photos and exploring. The surrounding vineyards and roads arched with trees means Gibestas is the perfect place for a wedding. We loved the chateau so much we visited twice for holidays before the wedding even happened. However, the most spectacular thing about the venue has to be Lily, Luke their family and staff. They were simply excellent. Their knowledge on weddings, organisation and care made our day. We didn’t have to worry about a thing as they took the time to ask is everything in advance, even things we haven’t thought of ourselves. We absolutely love Chateau du Puits es Pratx and couldn’t recommend it enough!!
