08/05/2024: Stuck on the highway we exited at Trebes and discovered this little gem.
Everything is magnificent, the duck breast to die for, the extraordinary “hands on hips” wine and the exceptionally friendly service.
I recommend and thank you again to the whole team for your professionalism.

18/03/2024: Very warm welcome to this establishment by the boss Seb, even though we had not booked. We enjoyed a cassoulet, super good and very filling, but I left nothing in the cassolette. When we return to Trebes, we now know a good address. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you again Seb for your welcome.

05/06/2024: Desert on a Saturday lunchtime, a tagine garnished with 3 dried apricots and 4 prunes, a slice of leg of lamb with a little sauce, no accompaniment, so sorry it's an extra €2.50 for a cup of semolina.
I was told it was cheap, I understand better: €19 for a plate with little filling.
I know the people of the Maghreb for their generosity and hospitality in receiving but this is not the case in Trèbes

It’s unbeatable value for money and one that I’ve rarely seen.
This is the price of 1 simple hotel room in 1st class or Ibis budget which is known to have a bad reputation.
