You don't stumble upon this place by chance: following all the rave reviews on Google, we ended up at Pierre-Luc's, a terrace perched high above Eze, far from the tourist bustle of the town center. The dishes are fresh, cooked with taste and passion, the ingredients meticulously bought and selected that very morning at the market or from neighboring farmers. And the price is fair! In addition to being an exceptional host and cook, Jean-Luc is also an incredible musician: he knew just how to create the perfect atmosphere to make the evening unforgettable. Julie, who helps him with the service, is incredibly kind, gentle, and admirably professional. I can only recommend it without hesitation. August 2026 update: This is one of those restaurants you never forget, one you recommend to anyone who will listen, and one we will now make a detour to every year on our way to our holidays.
