26/04/2026: Don't take the risk and give them the benefit of the doubt; avoid this establishment. There are plenty of restaurants in Mouans-Sartoux.
I did not have a good experience at this restaurant. The fries were served barely cooked, practically frozen, and the pizzas were certainly frozen as well, because they were far too hard to cut. The cleanliness of the establishment leaves much to be desired; the tables were sticky upon arrival. I would be ashamed to work there.

Yes, we were offered a bottle of champagne, but it seemed more like an attempt to deflect attention than a genuine gesture of goodwill in response to our dissatisfaction.
During the meal, faced with our numerous complaints, your team of servers did not hesitate to blame the kitchen, even admitting the poor quality of the dishes served. This clearly demonstrates that there was a real problem.
The pregnant woman at our table also thanked you for the bottle of champagne, which she obviously couldn't drink, just like her pizza, which she also didn't eat because it was so unsatisfactory.
We also note that your team came to apologize at the end of service, but it's always easier to respond after the fact, without having truly grasped the extent of the disaster at the time.
It would have been far more professional to acknowledge the errors of this catastrophic service and correct the bill by removing the uneaten dishes.
Offering to remake the dishes was not a suitable solution when a table of more than 10 people was dissatisfied. The already excessively long wait didn't allow us to risk waiting even longer and potentially being disappointed again.
Your location is certainly ideal and the concept appealing, which probably ensures you a steady clientele. But after 25 years in business, one can unfortunately wonder whether customer satisfaction is still truly a priority, or if only profit matters now.
This is regrettable, both for local customers and for visitors.
