03/11/2024: We stopped at this establishment, ideally located on the edge of the national highway. Beautiful park and beautiful facade of the castle, friendly and helpful staff, speaking for the most part only in English. Room with obsolete decoration, worn-out old furniture, in all clean with comfortable bedding, gloomy lighting, poorly heated (we were cold) no dressing gown, no slippers. The catering is not up to the standard of this establishment, to be avoided, the dining rooms are downright cold with gloomy lighting, 60s joinery, insufficient breakfast. ! I understood that this hotel is a 4 star, for us it does not meet these criteria I do not recommend it and we will not return.

29/10/2024: Hello everyone, Just to let you know that 2 days after the post was published, I was informed by email of the reimbursement of tickets by Weese...!!🙂 Having failed to contact the Château de Fontager by telephone to notify them, I sent them an email. Everything is in order and that will not prevent us from returning there because we appreciate this place of tranquility and calm.
