11/07/2026: A huge thank you to the Lion d'Or cheese shop for delighting our guests at our wedding brunch!
The cheese boards were excellent, beautifully presented, and offered a superb variety. The charcuterie boards were also a big hit, as was the homemade cervelle de Canuts served with gluten-free crackers. We received nothing but compliments!
We also indulged in their local poultry rillettes, which were absolutely delicious.
On the phone and in the shop, Adrien was particularly welcoming and gave us excellent advice on quantities. They were also kind enough to deliver to us that very morning, directly to the venue where we got married. We highly recommend them and will gladly return on our next visit to Gisors!
08/07/2026: I came in June and was greeted by a young apprentice. He was serious, offered good advice, was welcoming and attentive, and understood exactly what we were looking for. I hope other customers have the same experience with him.

31/08/2026: Very disappointed compared to a few years ago
I've known this establishment for several years, and 5 to 10 years ago, it was a really good place. Unfortunately, I feel the quality has dropped considerably since then.
The biggest problem today is the quality of the food compared to the price. The prices have become quite high for what's on the plate. I tried the kebab platters and the tacos, and unfortunately, I didn't find the same quality as before. The meat didn't convince me, with far too much fat and oil. It really feels like it's dripping everywhere, which makes the meal quite sickening.
Even the merguez sausages had a rather strange taste, nothing like what I'd experienced before. The overall quality is really poor for the price.
It's all the more disappointing because the restaurant has a nice dining room, quite large and pleasant for eating in. The staff remains welcoming and friendly, so that's definitely not a problem.
Having known the establishment when the chef was still there, I find it truly disappointing to see such a difference today. Since his departure, I feel the quality has unfortunately declined.
I sincerely hope they can improve the quality of the meat, reduce the fat and oil, and above all, reconsider the value for money, because there's real potential with this lovely dining room and pleasant staff.
It's a shame, because it was a place I used to really enjoy.
18/08/2026: Great kebab!
The food is delicious and very generous, as are the owner and servers, who are extremely friendly and always in a good mood. The option to eat in, with a varied menu, makes this a great place for a lunch break or a satisfying meal before a movie. I highly recommend this place; it's the best kebab in Gisors and even the surrounding area.
