01/04/2026: I've been here a few times now and I have to say, the doner kebab is simply fantastic. The meat is juicy, the bread fresh, and the ingredients actually taste like something, not like the bland, uninspired stuff you get at some other places. You can tell someone puts in the effort. The staff are also super relaxed and friendly, the service is quick, and you definitely leave satisfied. I would recommend it anytime! 👍

The kebab I was served contained undercooked, pale meat, probably due to the large number of customers and a desire to work too quickly. When I returned to request a replacement with properly cooked meat, the reception was extremely unpleasant. I was spoken to rudely, bordering on insulting, which is completely unacceptable. I understand that it can be busy, but this should not come at the expense of the quality of the food or respect for customers. I do not recommend this establishment.

This time, we were particularly impressed by the welcome: for the first time, an Italian manager (or waiter) greeted us with great warmth and professionalism. His hospitality truly made all the difference and made the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you for your warm welcome and consistent quality in the kitchen.
