03/04/2024: I booked the hotel at a very reasonable price in summer 2023 for a stay in May 2024.
Now, more than 6 months later, they canceled my guaranteed and prepaid booking on short notice.
I would have had no problems with this if the hotel canceled the booking until let's say two or four weeks after booking. Half a year later is absolutely ridiculous.
So please be aware that the hotel does not hesitate to cancel your booking when they are unhappy with the rate you paid.

24/02/2024: Dishes regularly inedible due to excess salt. Despite numerous comments to the chef, he continues to add too much salt to the marinades, sauces and vegetables. Thursday evening I returned my dish after the first bite just like that of a friend, we were then served a decent fish fillet but the vegetables were also too salty. Instead of being a pleasure, these meals on the 2nd and 4th Thursday become a source of apprehension. I come to rejoice when it's closed and we go to dinner elsewhere. Next time I would ask for a salt-free menu. What should be done so that the chef finally understands that excess salt is poison?

The distance to the ferry is optimal.
Rooms are clean and quiet.
It is not suitable for a longer stay.
