28/08/2023: Very pleasant guest rooms run by a charming couple who will be able to make you feel at ease both in the establishment but also in the region that they know well. The breakfast is generous and perfect for tackling the beautiful hikes nearby. Unfortunately, we did not have time to taste the dinner, which however looked very appetizing. Another good point is that the geographical location of Saint-Savin makes it easy to reach many points of interest in the region (Gavarnie, Lac de Gaube, Val d’Azun, etc.). Choose your valley. 24/04/2024: It doesn't break three legs for a duck. We can do much better both in terms of service and cuisine.

11/04/2024: This day, the "worker" menu, simplistic, family-friendly and copious, at a very nice price, with coffee, included unfortunately very "nervous" meat but a pile of fries on which to "let off steam". For dessert, I recommend the pie with blueberries, perfect for gourmands (but I haven't seen whipped cream on it). The service is fast and efficient, the decor romantic (there is even a beautiful almost central three-sided fireplace) and a mezzanine for small group or themed meal. A terrace awaits better days and a beautiful free parking lot is adjacent.
