07/11/2025: Disappointment at Boudes la Vigne. I had booked a table for this evening at 7:30 pm, but the owner mistakenly booked me for lunch. He then called me in an unpleasant tone, wrongly accusing me (we work during the day all week, so I couldn't have booked a Friday lunchtime!) of not showing up and causing him to lose a table for two. He offered no acknowledgment of his mistake, let alone a solution. It's a shame, as we've been coming to this establishment for years, but we won't be returning. "An hour after this post, the owner left me a message saying he might have found a table for the end of the month (an admission of his mistake?). But unfortunately, given the tone used during the call, I won't be coming back."
