24/07/2026: Excellent restaurant, we've never been disappointed. The flavor combinations are perfect and original. The outdoor area is very beautiful and pleasant.

20/07/2026: For those looking to enjoy finer, high-quality cuisine in Pont-Audemer and the surrounding area, 'Le Sadi Carnot' is the place to be. They have a rather limited menu, but it changes regularly. Consequently, they serve original dishes and combinations. As an amuse-bouche, we were served a merguez tartinable, a nice extra. The starters and main courses were all very tasty and well-presented. The service was also perfectly fine.
