Le K Baroque

30/08/2026: This restaurant was already my favorite 15 years ago, and it still lives up to my memories in terms of atmosphere, decor, quality of service and taste in the dishes, bravo and long live K Baroque!
29/08/2026: Incredible! This place is magical, the food is excellent, the servers are attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. My wife and I had a wonderful evening. Thank you so much, we will be back.

16/05/2026: Enjoyed a mix of dishes, shared amongst three of us. The tej wasn't as strong as I'm used to. It got busy, nice family atmosphere. Suggest you skip dessert and have two coffees instead.

30/07/2026: The service and the food were both superb, making for a truly wonderful experience. I opted for the lobster and wine pairing, which were perfect choices. The dishes featured unfamiliar African spices, creating a unique French culinary experience. The dishes combined complex elements while maintaining a harmonious balance, and the prompt and excellent service left me completely satisfied. Thank you.
26/07/2026: An unforgettable evening at the Pressoir d’Argent. Every course of food and wine was a delight. The service team in the restaurant is world class. Thanks a lot for the magnificent experience!

20/07/2026: We stopped by for lunch today. Great service! We enjoyed the mussels with chorizo, which barely left us room for dessert, as the portions were generous. A big plus for the fresh fries! A fantastic place, we'll definitely be back.

The bouncers, as soon as they see you speaking Spanish, tell you that you can't enter the club for any reason, whether it's your clothes, your shoes, or that it's suddenly over 23 when all the French people get in at 18. Once you're inside, and you've paid the entrance fee, if you leave the bouncer won't let you back in, while the French come and go without any problem.
It's a disgrace.
15/08/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this place; the people are bitter, if not downright nasty. A friend had her ID stolen, so she couldn't get in, which is understandable, but she has kidney problems and absolutely has to drink water or she'll faint. She tried to explain everything, but they wouldn't listen: she collapsed.

No complaints!
05/07/2026: The kebab was practically inedible. The flatbread was soggy and the filling was vomit-inducing.
There was no sauce for the fries, which were also truly inedible.
The woman who served the customers was extremely unpleasant.
Boycott it!
On the other hand, the Coluche restaurant, which is 50 meters away, is exceptional.

07/08/2026: Really not very clean (dirty and broken trays, dishes, table, bin, floor, toilet). It's a real shame about the filth because the location is nice and the staff are friendly too.
01/08/2026: I really like the Pause.k restaurants in Bordeaux: the service, the food...
But I have a comment:
I'd like to point out a problem with the porridge I bought that I had to throw away because it was spoiled. It's really regrettable that the expiration date isn't clearly marked. At Pause.k, there's a code under the dish that only the cashier can translate and give you an estimated expiration date.

18/08/2026: They're ripping off customers and not listing the coffees on the menu because the staff wants tips. I've given all the information to the URSSAF (French social security agency); I'm sure they'll laugh to see such rude and unclean waiters who dare to tip themselves without your permission or even telling you, and who change drink prices as they please. Have a good day, and steer clear.
19/07/2026: I actually ate very little and was only there for a short time, but the service was quite bad and what I did eat, which was tea and bread, wasn't very good.

18/08/2024: Accueil chaleureux, terrasse agréable, le plat était bon, mais gros bémol sur l’entrée qui était décevante, bilan le rapport prix quantité général pas vraiment au rendez-vous.
15/08/2024: A première vue, sympa.
Malheureusement les choses se corsent après le repas… en effet, mon mari n’a pas eu le temps de sortir du resto, que ce dernier avait déjà vomi son repas. Quelques minutes après c’est mon père qui se mit à vomir sur le chemin de notre maison…
Nous avons donc appelé le restaurant qui apparemment ne s’est pas senti concerné par l’intoxication qu’il avait fait subir à leurs clients… (+ ne m’a en aucun cas proposé de nous rembourser notre repas…) en bref, passez votre chemin.
