23/09/2026: I was very disappointed with my order. I specifically requested a meatless sandwich (falafel option). Unfortunately, the order was completely reversed, and I ended up with a meat sandwich. Not realizing it right away, I ate more than half of it.
This kind of oversight is unacceptable for people who don't eat meat by choice, conviction, or religion. The lack of hygiene and attention to detail in order processing is very regrettable. I will not be returning.
18/09/2026: Very good taco kebab, well-served and with a good amount of potatoes. Everything was tasty and the portion was quite generous. A good option for a quick and satisfying meal in Annecy. 🌯🍟

Bar du Pont Morens
Annecy
30/08/2026: Outrageous service and absolutely no sense of customer service!
Six of us came to sit on the terrace for drinks after a walk around town. One of us was just finishing an ice cream he'd bought earlier on the street (he only had three bites left).
Instead of welcoming us properly, the waiter approached us aggressively and completely disrespectfully, demanding that he finish it as quickly as possible, claiming that "the manager won't approve." Rules are one thing, but there's a way to say them. To show no consideration whatsoever and disrespect a group of six customers who came to eat a nearly empty piece of ice cream is absurd business practice.
To top it all off, the entire staff was unpleasant and completely unfriendly. The overall atmosphere was truly uninviting. I wasn't expecting anything special, and yet I was still disappointed.
Avoid this place at all costs!!!
29/08/2026: Please bear with all the comments you're leaving about this place where the food and service are great. They're on vacation, and you probably are too. I think it's a charming restaurant with fantastic food. 100% recommended.
