05/03/2024: I had the worst experience of my subscription with this insurance, lack of responsibility, dishonesty, late payment and very rude employees. I will never recommend it to anyone.
15/12/2023: I have been trying to contact the mutual for a while, I also sent an email. To believe that they are incapable of answering calls or emails but they are fully capable of sending a letter to explain their price increase for 2024, which by the way there is no point in increasing if the quality is n it's not there.
