The waiters are cool, the food is very good, without going into the superlatives that I see in other reviews (try a real gourmet one first), innovative but at a high price, in too small quantities and sometimes not very sought after (egg mayo?, even prepared differently we are far from a goat's cheese cream in a banana leaf and saffron). As for the wine, although the menu is quite extensive, the result is not always the best and remains rather expensive.
