23/03/2026: Upon arrival, the hotel parking lot was full, forcing me to park in a more distant lot to find an available space. Regarding the wellness facilities (relaxation area, sauna, spa), several malfunctions were noted: the sauna was out of order and the spa water was only lukewarm, preventing me from fully enjoying these amenities. The room, while aesthetically pleasing, had several areas for improvement. The bedding proved uncomfortable, with noticeable springs in the mattress. Furthermore, the sound and thermal insulation, particularly the double glazing, seemed inadequate. The air conditioning was also particularly noisy, which detracted from the overall comfort. On the other hand, some aspects deserve positive mention: the view from the hotel is simply exceptional, and the restaurant offers high-quality dishes that are both delicious and beautifully presented. —

18/03/2026: The indoor pool and the room housing it weren't heated enough; it was difficult to stay in for more than 10 minutes! Completely pointless. The water treatment damaged jewelry (wedding rings), even though they were high-quality and I'd had no problems elsewhere. Management didn't bother to respond to written complaints, even after a follow-up a month later. At this price and the level of service offered, it's unbelievable!
