05/04/2024: I don't know if she's still the same manager she was a few months ago, and I rarely leave reviews, but I hope she doesn't work down there anymore. She was as unpleasant as possible, telling us "I'm the one in charge anyway", she was not professional at all and even less commercial, what's more, she preferred to throw our sandwiches in the trash, following a misunderstanding about the children's menu, although at no time did we say that we did not want it. I hope these superiors will see this comment, because "a manager" who speaks badly to the customer and who threw food, for moral and economic concerns, she must be fired. We had never had any problems with the Amberieu subway until this experience with this new “little boss” who has just arrived and thinks she has everything allowed.

27/02/2024: Small order taken away with a message on the order, that's nice!

22/04/2024: I didn't go there for a long time because the quality and generosity of the portions, particularly the vegetables, had become laughable. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned there this Friday, the waiter managed to remain calm and kind and gave clear explanations despite the execrable customer in front of me and I was served rather quickly. Sandwich level is what we expect from a subway ;)

10/04/2024: The gentleman who was at the bread counter today (April 10) around 1 p.m. was extremely smiling and friendly. We thank him for his good humor. I recommend this seller

05/03/2024: I'm quite mixed... The quality of the products is not exceptional but for the price it's ok! There was quite a lack of products offered on the menu. On the other hand, you should not fear that the boss's dog will wander freely in the room and come to visit you. As for the atmosphere, the bar side is a bit typical of the old PMU, which is not what I like. As for the dining room, it’s rather traditional: nice and friendly. Small overall downside, the room is dark, the toilet floor is sticky… in summary not catastrophic but could do better!

04/03/2024: We came following an acquaintance who really liked the restaurant. Our opinion was not the same between the fondue with not much cheese taste.. And the dog who wanders throughout the restaurant, including the kitchen, and who starts urinating in the room next to us!

28/03/2024: A great place to meet friends, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and very tasty coffee, I advise everyone to visit this wonderful cafe, it’s open even on weekends!

02/03/2024: Kitchen microwave that can be heard in the background. First-price supermarket lasagna at €14 per plate (mmm! The good taste of tomato paste!). I asked for the salad without sauce, it arrived with it. I reported it, no reaction. Gnocchi of the same ilk. I didn't order an appetizer. I had to ask for a glass and then a jug of water. Bread which transforms into high density composite material upon cooling. €55 for 3 glasses (2 syrups / 1 beer) and 3 plates of this type: that’s a lot to pay. The ice cream looked better and well served but we didn't try it considering the rest. In short, an address to keep for a drink in the sun, for the rest, refrain! A positive point all the same: the sun and the presence of a changing table in the toilets.
