02/04/2024: Trash bins full, impossible to empty your tray. No more paper in all the toilets. Even if it is after 9 p.m., you must respect a minimum of hygiene.

23/11/2023: The romantic dinner was excellent, in a calm setting, with succulent dishes and impeccable presentation. The welcome and the service were perfect, the staff took great care, really top notch! However, the only downside was that our table was located next to the front door, exposed to view of people entering, which was slightly inconvenient.

14/12/2023: We (Afableco company) intervened this week at the Domaine des 3 Lacs to carry out a team-building activity, the 5 senses challenge, as part of our client's seminar day. The place is perfect for organizing a business seminar, the setting and decoration are very cozy and the equipment is suitable. Our client was delighted. Thank you for your welcome at Chalet de Montégut.

23/11/2023: I loved this establishment, rustic and warm, traditional restaurant with very good value for money, magnificent setting. That was before. Dinner now is ready-made stuff bought at the local deli, reheated in the microwave or taken frozen from the fridge, placed in front of you without even a plate underneath, zero preparation, not even a leaf of salad with the starter, served in a room not heated to 14°. A real experience. Oh yes, I was going to forget the butter that had expired for weeks and smelled rancid for breakfast. And so on and so forth and the best ones about the room obviously renovated by a friend of the boss's cousin who did the work for half the usual price. It's more of a drop in level, it's an abyssal dive. And when you report these concerns to management, they tell you that it is an accepted choice that pleases the majority of its customers. No excuses, nothing, everything is normal. No comment. You won't see me again.

04/04/2024: Price: not bad Quality: excellent Q/P ratio: needs improvement Notice : I've been coming for quite some time, I've had pastries there and I'm never disappointed, always very good. The price is nevertheless a little above expectations but not excessive. The atmosphere is very comfortable, the staff is welcoming and always there to respond to our requests with a smile. If I can advise you, there are pineapple coconut éclairs at the moment, they are exquisite! Try it as soon as possible before they disappear!

30/03/2024: I love this Patapain, the team is very dynamic and always in a good mood. The windows are very well stocked and the products are very good, their puff pastry tarts a treat. Thanks to the whole team, I recommend.

09/03/2024: I preferred when it was kanki. We place an order by phone and we don't have what we asked for. The meat is too fatty. We eat bits of fat. It's no longer worth what it was. And tonight, raw fries.
