The starter (white asparagus, mozzarella, shellfish sauce) was simple and delicious. The fish with perfectly spiced baby vegetables was a definite plus. The tarte tatin was delicate, not too sweet, and beautifully presented. 😋

The staff were very welcoming and attentive; it's a shame that, contrary to what was stated on the gift voucher, we didn't have a choice of menu and that dinner was served at the bar, where seating wasn't very comfortable.

31/03/2026: A cozy place and delicious food. Always a warm welcome from Estelle, with dishes prepared by Philippe that are always delicious. I've eaten at this restaurant several times, and I've never been disappointed. Everything is fresh and homemade. Perfect flavor combinations. One of my favorite spots in Vichy city center for a successful lunch.

Brasserie De L’Opera

01/06/2026: A short trip to Vichy: a lovely restaurant with a terrace on a car-free street. The meal was a delight, the flavors were excellent, the cuisine was pleasant and competent, and it's well worth a visit. Hats off to the whole team!
16/05/2026: A very pretty brasserie, in an art deco style. Refined cuisine and impeccable service.
