Bad experience "Clic and collect" wait of 15 minutes then I have to go to the restaurant where the person does not speak to me for 5 minutes....all this to learn that I will not have the entire order. ...to think that if I didn't move.....I would still be there....
Refund but without the order.....forced to ask if the restaurant can't make a gesture so that it can offer me something....
This fast food restaurant is not reliable....

04/04/2024: This evening Thursday April 4 we went to the drive where we ordered a deluxe menu and a tasty menu we asked for bacon with the tasty sandwich and in addition 6 nuggets when we arrived at home we took out our order (D30) and to our great satisfaction surprise the bacon, the fries and the nuggets were missing there were 5 instead of 6 this is not the first time so that will have to change or we will send a short letter to your management

28/10/2023: Magnificent view of the lake, delicious food, warm atmosphere and friendly staff. In short, one of the best restaurants we have been to. (Visited in early September)
24/10/2023: We wanted to have lunch in this restaurant which seemed to have a good reputation. So we tried to call 3 times to reserve a table…no answer. We left a voicemail, no return. When in doubt, we still went there...the restaurant was closed even though the Google page indicated that it was open.
Neither poster nor anything on the front to warn that the restaurant was closed (annual closure, exceptional closure? No idea)

16/09/2023: Very happy with this visit to your restaurant which I recommend, your server was very professional and discreet in addition to being friendly. I chose the chef's omelette which seemed an interesting choice and in fact I was amazed by the taste with these little vegetables! A great alternative for flexitarians.
The dessert was fresh. Congratulations to your team 👏

We came hoping for a nice dinner and were instead given a straight up DANGEROUS meal.
We ordered two burgers from a chalkboard they put next to your table when you want to order - strange, but perhaps a choice of style - and were served relatively quickly. The burgers were okay, though arguably not worth 16.90. Especially not, however, if there's WOODEN SPLINTERS the size of toothpicks stuck in your food. We only spotted one of them once we'd already bitten into the burgers, finding at least two after which we wouldn't dare continue.
Obviously we were keen to tell the staff about this. These things, though unpleasant and honestly dangerous, do happen by accident, but should be noted. We managed to show our problems with the food, but it was shrugged away as 'eh, the rest of the food's still here, ain't it?', and we were more or less told to stop complaining about it. Nothing was done about it, and I heavily doubt anything will change to prevent this in the future.
There are lovely other alternatives in the beautiful Manosque, avoid this place at all costs.

Very pleasant terrace in the summer 🤩 we discovered the restaurant last night, everything was perfect, the simple but tasty meal with fresh and seasonal products, the friendly and professional service! 02/03/2024: A very good Lebanese restaurant ☺️
09/01/2024: Mezze served in too small quantities, we were a table of 8 people. Instead of having a ramekin each per mezze, we were brought a ramekin barely twice as big for the 8 people that we were. 1 vine leaf per person, 1 kebbé, 1 falafel, 1 samboussek (mini compared to usual), 1 mini chich taouk, all by one, when there was none missing. The tabbouleh had too many herbs, 4 grains of bulgur, too much lemon, it lacked mint. Everything was too lemony, including the hummus, which no longer smelled of tahina. We are used to Lebanese cuisine since we are Greek, Armenian and originally from Marseille, we have a range of excellent Lebanese restaurants, unlike Manosque which only has one. Usually these are generous restaurants, at least two pieces of each per person and a real ramekin per person. The bread was served to us in its original plastic packaging... In the end, at 8 of us, we were shortchanged compared to a table of two. We made the remark to the waiter at the end of the meal that we found it very expensive for what it was €30 per head without drinks or dessert, the latter went to consult his boss who did not even make a commercial gesture. Our advice to this establishment, you should consult the prices of renowned restaurants in our region as well as the proportions served, you would be surprised.
To sum up, the food was not great, the proportions were stingy, the price was too expensive, the service left something to be desired (we waited for the water without ever seeing a single drop, we forgot the mezze...) and to top it all off, we were not not even offered a coffee as compensation. Total bill 260€ with aperitifs and wine.

On arrival as a haughty and nonchalant receptionist who doesn't even show us around.
Misleading advertisements promising (spa, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi gym)
Only, the swimming pool And functional. Everything else is therefore not capable of satisfying you, since everything is broken!
The rooms are unsanitary (dust on the floor on the cupboards, mold under the tap)
As soon as you arrive in the room, a check is necessary. We pulled the sheets from the bed, a pile of hair, stains and so on.. (Supporting photo)
The lights didn't work! Promising us a television that we never saw in the room, and we received a call from the gendarmerie.
No apology from the owners This is unacceptable
If you want to live in dirt with unpleasant people, the choice is yours, in this case, I strongly advise against

24/03/2024: Mediocre, this hotel should be avoided!! Welcomed by an unqualified receptionist who asks us what we are doing there. We return and find hairs covering the sheets with us. For one night at 162€ this is unacceptable! No television and this is only the beginning, lights not functional, sauna closed, 2 out of 5 machines are out of order. And for television, what was our pleasure after our stay to receive the call from the gendarmerie because the hotel declared that we were the cause of this “theft” absence. If you want to lose your money and get summoned by the police, go ahead! A little thought of the very warm waitress.
