An excellent place that I recommend without hesitation! The management and all the staff are highly professional, very welcoming, and above all, exceptionally dedicated. The service was excellent, despite our being a large group. But beyond the quality of the service, I was particularly pleasantly surprised by something that is sadly becoming rare these days: trust. When I wanted to pay for some drinks directly, the manager simply replied, "You can add them when you pay." I must admit I didn't even know that kind of trust still existed! 😄 A small gesture that speaks volumes about the establishment's ethos. Well done to the whole team for your welcome, your professionalism, and this wonderful trust. We will definitely be back.

During an event in the area, we went up to this mountain restaurant.... The view....surprising and magnificent. The restaurant....nothing to say except excellent. The owners....exceptionally kind. No hesitation.....😁😁

01/09/2026: THE RESTAURANT… We have been coming to this establishment for several years and only recently learned of the change of ownership. Naturally, when you appreciate a place and the service and cuisine have always been impeccable, you're bound to be a little apprehensive about a change in management. And yet, we were pleasantly surprised! The cuisine is refined and elegant, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The welcome, from both the owner and the waitress, is warm, attentive, and particularly kind. The wine selection is also subtle and perfectly suited to the food. We spend a lot of time in Japan and the United States and are always delighted to find establishments of this quality in our region, where you can feel a genuine attention to the ingredients, the service, and the customer experience. We highly recommend this fine restaurant to gourmets and lovers of refined cuisine. An excellent address near Barcelonnette, in a stunning setting. 🍽️✨
