It was a stressful experience that I would not recommend to anyone. There was a stain on the wine glass, it was dripping from the ceiling. It's a tourist trap

05/02/2024: Blah blah, really bland bagels, absolutely nothing special, except the price (excessively expensive €25 for 2 bagels!) no taste, lousy service, I'm told it will be ready in 5 minutes I waited 20 minutes while it wasn't There were no other customers and so at least it was good. Very disappointed my sister who loves bagels threw hers directly in the trash after tasting it. (In response to the owner) No sir, or ma'am, I only had 2 very disgusting bagels and I paid 25€, no dessert, no drinks, and I'm not a liar ME! On the other hand, I strongly advise you to think carefully before responding to comments left by your (ex) customers: when we start to have such negative opinions, and criticisms about prices and quality which come up VERY often, instead to give inconsistent supporting documents and such aggressive answers, question yourself a little and try to be more honest!!!

29/03/2024: This place was right by my hotel, which made for convenient frequent trips for aperitif and nightly digestif (I drank them out of chartreuse!!😳🤣💁🏽‍♀️). The staff was lovely, the prices reasonable, and I got to catch a show!! J’adore Madam Ginger Bitqch and Lady!!!

24/03/2024: The boss is extremely kind, he is very human and makes sure that everything goes well. The place is richly decorated, go to the backyard for extraordinary tranquility and friendly encounters. I highly recommend !

16/03/2024: 10:30 p.m. the bar is empty, the waiter has 3 grams. We left after 25 minutes without being served.

03/04/2024: Frankly astonishing, I take the menu that I always take at Paul des arcades, exactly the same sandwich, the same drink etc and I am told that it does not fit in the menu??? While his college just before asked me if I wanted to take menu 1 or 2 with my sandwich. Before cashing me out, all 3 of them chatted a lot, even though I had to cash out and there were customers behind. Then, she charges me more than the menu, I see that in fact it was put on two separate tickets, therefore two different sales. The seller couldn't refund me or anything. Basically too bad for me if she made a mistake, then she tells me that it doesn't fit in the menu, whereas if... Frankly I wouldn't go back to Paul's anymore, between that, the half-soft and half-hard croissant, the chewing gum effect bread lasts 2 minutes. I will go to golden brioche and the croissant shop now

27/01/2024: I celebrated my child's birthday there. The little guests loved the cupcake activity, the cake made by Charlie was as good as it was beautiful. Beautiful decor, very good atmosphere. The welcome was perfect: birthday + what a success! THANKS !!

20/01/2024: Friendly and pleasant cafe! Lots of space to sit, perfect for enjoying an afternoon, diverse choices and really delicious pastries! Recently they introduced matcha latte so I don't miss having it often :))

06/04/2024: STAFF RUDE, I as a customer bought take away as I did not know if I would eat out to visit my friend or eat in. However as I did not need to leave right away as I got my food, I chose to sit at a table for a few minutes and a rude staff member came up to me saying “Take away bye bye”. Rude inconsiderate and ignorant of the fact that the store was not busy and I had payed like everyone else. If the store was busy and the staff said it in a nice way i would understand yet they did not and therefore a bad review. Horrible.

06/04/2024: Very bad service. By error I Oder a food “take away” then we sit there and open the bag for eating. The person who works there said sorry, but you won't be able to eat here if you take away. How can he say to go when we are the clients??? Where is the respect? We ordered from your McDonald's restaurant, not another restaurant. Please respect your clients first.

19/03/2024: Staff, extremely unpleasant, almost don't want to work. At no point does the staff explain how the sandwich creation system works. I wanted something extra. The woman serving put my sandwich directly in the oven, without asking me anything. I prefer not even to comment on the attitude of the cashier. Next time I go to a city, will it come back to the same level of aggression? I strongly advise against this establishment, nor ever eat there. Except of course, if you have €11.40 to throw away, you might as well give it to the homeless person in front of the restaurant who only looks at you. Subway Nice Cathedral

09/03/2024: The bread which served wasn’t fresh. it broke into pieces after making it hot in oven . Toilets were dirty as well .

04/05/2024: It's a fast food place. It's not that cheap but it's ok if you want to eat something healthy and quick. The chairs are not so comfortable, I think it's so you don't stay there for too long.
