19/05/2026: The service at the drive-thru checkout was perfect.

18/05/2026: We ordered a Big Tasty Rösti, we were charged for a Big Tasty Rösti, and when we got home... surprise! We received a regular Big Tasty without the Rösti. This isn't the first time this has happened to us at this McDonald's, and frankly, it's awful. Order 108 with the Virginie B customer card
