14/03/2026: Ordered via the McDonald's app, and once again the order was wrong—this time it was €280 for a basic meal instead of €280 for a raclette. Almost every time, the order is wrong. They charge for sauces, but they don't give them to you. Twice now, I've ordered a Happy Meal without a toy or book… I understand a mistake, it happens to everyone, but this is happening almost every time. In short, a McDonald's meal costs around €15 now, practically the price of a daily special in a restaurant… It's high time they had decent service… and hired competent people who can read and understand an order… I don't think you need a PhD for that…

01/03/2026: The service was horribly slow, and the unfriendly staff preferred chatting with colleagues to attending to customers.
