10/09/2026: The welcome and meal were impeccable; we had a very good time. Thank you.
02/09/2026: We ate there twice during our vacation and really enjoyed it. We would definitely come back here and recommend it to others. It's just a shame that there was no Irish Coffee the second time due to a broken machine. Otherwise, it was delicious and the service was prompt.

16/09/2026: Fast service, clean room and pleasant staff
12/09/2026: We ate at McDonald's on Friday evening and noticed that the smell was unusual: it reminded us of garbage; and the taste was off.
Then we got sick.
We weren't the only ones to notice this. If this happens again or if we hear of similar incidents, we will be obliged to notify the health authorities.
Please take this matter very seriously. Thank you.
Sincerely.

McDonald's
Guilherand-Granges
23/09/2026: Excellent service, very understanding. Thank you.
13/09/2026: Appalling hygiene and enormous wait times despite the restaurant being empty.
We arrived at 1:00 PM, and it took 20 minutes for a Big Mac and a New York Wrap meal, with half the items missing, requiring them to remake them. The meals were good, but as I was finishing my Coke, something appeared—some sort of insect or tag—which disgusted me. The manager was kind and wanted to apologize, which I appreciate, but unfortunately, she was unable to offer a refund. I strongly advise you to review your service; I have never experienced anything like it.
