13/06/2026: I'm extremely disappointed. I'm usually a pretty good customer, or rather, I used to be, because the more time passes, the less I want to go. The prices are already exorbitant, even though I know it's not the location that dictates them, but this was the absolute worst. They're always forgetting something, but this was ridiculous... 40 minutes for an order with young children, and other people arriving after us were served before us. I started asking where the order was, and they told me it was coming, I just had to wait. My father went back, and there was no order; they didn't know where it was, so we had to reorder. We finally received it a while later, and it was missing a fry and a dessert, the wrong drink, and no bacon in the cheddar fries. Four mistakes in a single order for four people... no gesture of goodwill, nothing. And what's the point of ordering larger drinks for children who never finish them anyway? Avoid this place! They even spoke to us in a condescending manner; nobody paid us any attention.
