18/10/2026: I am very disappointed by this establishment's lack of consideration for its customers. Being a loyal customer doesn't entitle you to preferential treatment, but it certainly does entitle you to a minimum of attentiveness, respect, and professionalism. What bothers me most isn't that a mistake might be made, but the inability to listen to a complaint and provide a constructive response. A manager is supposed to lead by example, know how to handle a conflict, and above all, strive to satisfy their customers rather than stubbornly clinging to their position. Business isn't just about taking payments. It's also about recognizing a problem, taking responsibility, and maintaining customer trust. By taking customers for granted, they shouldn't be surprised to see them leave. Loyalty is built over time, but a few minutes of poor management are sometimes enough to destroy it. It's a shame to have to resort to such measures for a simple lack of business acumen.
