25/04/2026: I am absolutely delighted with tonight's dinner at La Table de Gaya. The cuisine is exquisitely subtle, original, and creative, using fresh, healthy, local ingredients; the dishes are beautifully presented, a feast for the eyes before you even taste them. There's no wait, and the atmosphere is serene. Frankly, my husband and I loved it and recommend it wholeheartedly.
24/04/2026: Excellent, high-quality, and refined establishment in the heart of the Ariège region, serving dishes made with local produce, all prepared with love by passionate people. Bravo, keep it up! 👍🫶
