02/02/2024: I ordered salmon ramen and I received spaghetti bathed in broth with 3 pieces of salmon and all that for the damn sum of €16.90. Well in any case it didn't shock the waitress...

09/05/2024: Great discovery as we discover Schiltigheim for a move. We can't wait to come back to also discover the Cheval Blanc room next door. The restaurant is typical and nicely decorated, you feel like you're visiting friends! The portions served are generous. 04/05/2024: Very bad experience, they won't take me there again! Disgusting boss, who openly makes fun of customers in front of his group of friends and can't stand anyone making a comment to him. I have never seen such a lack of respect towards customers in a restaurant! As for the dishes, it was good, nothing more.

06/04/2024: Bar which serves us 4 pints at 1:12 a.m. only to explain to us 5 minutes later that we absolutely have to leave at 1:30 a.m. sharp because they close. While we did our best to finish our beer, at 1:30 sharp they played an ultrasonic loudspeaker in the speakers until we left!!!! We were packing our things to leave while experiencing this ultrasound deep in our ears! We had a good evening with friends and we all left in disgust with sore ears!!!

This winstub, which recalls the sweet evenings of our childhood, offers an authentic and warm experience. The atmosphere is family, and you immediately feel at home, enveloped in a rustic and welcoming setting. The highlight of the show, without a doubt, is their tarte flambée. Served generously, it perfectly combines deliciousness with lightness, a culinary feat that easily places it in the top 3 tartes flambées in the region. The experience is all the more unique because it is savored the old-fashioned way, directly with your fingers, without cutlery or modern gadgets. A simple knife is enough, reinforcing this feeling of authenticity and return to basics. The pleasant service could benefit from being punctuated by more frequent smiles, but this detail is quickly forgotten thanks to the quality of the dishes served. The children's menu is particularly appreciated, our little daughter came away delighted. The fried potatoes, prepared as they were thirty years ago, evoke a most delicious culinary nostalgia. 26/03/2024: We had two cakes with hot chocolate and tea. The cakes were very good, the decoration superb. The room is quite small, when we went there it was crowded and it felt a bit tight. I find it a shame to have to get up to order

09/05/2024: I knew the old Atlantico brunches (Gross Dale salmon etc.) and there, to my great surprise, it was replaced by toast (not very generous or top quality) accompanied by two slices of cheese (soft mimolette without taste) Before, brunches were synonymous with generosity and quality (real cheese, salad, fresh bread) but now that is no longer the case.. super disappointed because I went there very often before, I won't go back there again.
