It had been a long time since I'd had such a great evening. Everything was perfect: excellent food (we devoured it!), lots of laughs, and such a fantastic atmosphere that we even ended up dancing. A huge thank you to the owner for his simply exceptional welcome. We immediately felt at ease, like we were at home, but with added professionalism. I highly recommend it!

Passing through the region, we wanted to discover the local specialties, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a warm atmosphere, with truly meticulous decor that perfectly captured the theme, making the experience even more enjoyable and immersive. As for the food, there was no disappointment whatsoever. My partner enjoyed a particularly generous portion of breaded chicken, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—truly delicious. I opted for spaetzle, which were perfectly prepared, comforting, and full of flavor—exactly what you expect from a typical dish. A wonderful discovery that makes us want to return, both for the quality of the food and the ambiance of the place.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and can definitely recommend it. For an appetizer, I ordered the tarte flambée, which was perfectly prepared – thin, crispy, and very aromatic. The main course, the pork knuckle, was simply amazing – the meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. For dessert, I chose the tarte flambée aux pommes, and it was a perfect choice – a perfectly sweet and light ending to the meal. The portions are really generous, and they serve excellent beer, which pairs perfectly with the dishes. The chef was incredibly helpful in choosing dishes, which further enhanced the entire experience. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and the service is top-notch – friendly, efficient, and professional. I will definitely be back!

Good evening. I'd like to leave a positive review for the restaurant. I appreciated the warm welcome from the manager, the waitress, and the young woman at the bar. Everyone was very welcoming. I simply ordered a tarte flambée, which I thoroughly enjoyed; it was delicious. I really appreciated it and am starting to feel alive again. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. The price is very reasonable compared to other establishments.

As a new neighbor, I'm delighted to discover the menu at Le Cheval Blanc with each visit: tarte flambée, fleischkaechle, ham hock with Munster cheese... I enjoy every meal and occasionally have an aperitif in the sun! The welcome is warm and the atmosphere friendly... we love the quirky decor, blended with the traditional ambiance!
