24/08/2026: We were the only ones dining in, but the wait was very long. There were bits of scale on the shrimp, which hadn't been cleaned properly. The salads were expensive for the portion size, and there were also grains of sand in the lettuce leaves that crunched in your mouth. The staff seemed extremely stressed with two tables, and there was a billing error. Everyone seemed to be in training. In short, disappointing overall, but the location is excellent and the terrace is lovely. We didn't try the coffees or macarons.

22/08/2026: How can you have only one server for 50 covers on a packed August afternoon during the Hop Festival? We got seats and menus very quickly, but after a while, waiting 30 minutes to order is unacceptable. We ended up leaving because we still hadn't been able to order; it's a shame, the desserts looked delicious. This rating therefore reflects the quality of the service, not the quality of the food. We hope for a better experience next time.

18/08/2026: Since the store was taken over by Carrefour, the situation has deteriorated significantly since the acquisition. No matter what time you come, the shelves are often half empty, or even completely empty for some products. Shopping has become a real ordeal due to the numerous missing items. It's high time they improved their stock management and restocking. That's why I'm giving it 1 star. If it were possible, I would give it 0. Very disappointing for loyal customers.

20/08/2026: It's a huge disappointment to see what was the best kebab shop in Haguenau 12-20 years ago becoming increasingly inferior in every way. Point 1: Prices are currently above average, but the service is sloppy, with poorly distributed vegetables, onions buried at the bottom, and a complete lack of passion for the product. Point 2: The amount of meat is ridiculous. I pressed down on my doner kebab a little, and there wasn't even half the sandwich left. The only remaining strong points, in my opinion, are the easily accessible location and the lamb/beef, which has always been the shop's hallmark. It's also a shame to see that it's still the same owner after all these years. He's very nice, but he's letting his establishment deteriorate in every way.
