18/08/2026: False advertising. I don't recommend this restaurant if you're expecting a traditional experience. The welcome is adequate, but once seated, everything moves very quickly; we were rushed out. Clearly, the head waiter was just waiting for us to leave. The food isn't actually bad, but it's closer to industrial than traditional. It can't be considered a traditional restaurant; it's a very basic one with waiters who, for those who manage a smile, clearly don't know what they're doing... It's a shame, we had seen the reviews but thought they were biased. Turns out they were, to our detriment... We'll soon be going to another restaurant to rediscover the joys of Alsatian cuisine.

07/08/2026: Excellent restaurant! The waiters and waitresses are incredibly attentive, always ready to help, and very friendly. The food is superb: generous portions, delicious, and beautifully presented. A great place to recommend in Niederbronn!
