06/10/2024: Superb restaurant nestled in the heart of the village of Maussane run by a passionate couple. The chef delights with his unique menu of great elegance and finesse. The approach is modern without being pretentious. Special mention for the ravioli that evening.
The service is attentive, rigorous and beautifully simple.
The wine list is impressive, to put many gourmet or starred restaurants to shame! Many gems that are difficult to find in Burgundy and Jura in particular.

06/09/2024: Well prepared dishes but expensive for what you get on the plate. Mixed service, the customer is no longer the center of concern.

07/08/2024: Formule 9 Euro (Boisson chaude, Jus de fruits presse et viennoiserie ou tartine) Jus de fruits est tellement rallongé à l’eau et aux glaçons que ça n’a rien à voir avec une orange pressée. A 9:45 plus de viennoiseries et pas de bon service pour se re-alimenter à la boulangerie du coin. Plus mauvaise réponse de la serveuse: si on n’est est pas content on peut se plaindre à la Patrone! Café pas sérieux à éviter !!
07/07/2024: ¿Por qué tener un bar si odias tanto a tus clientes? ¿Será que no somos franceses o tenemos un gran conocimiento de la lengua francesa, pero por qué nos hacen sentir tan incómodos. Nunca más.
