14/02/2026: The service at the counter is atrocious. Customers wait 15 minutes for their orders and are practically reprimanded for not complaining. Of course, my order wasn't complete. I drove 30km round trip only to be told that mistakes happen, and that they offered me ice cream and completed my order. Mr. Manager, stop hiring so-called student managers who are actually managing other students. They have absolutely no concept of customer service or professional competence. The service at the McDonald's in Falaise is simply appalling, and the experience is the same every time. Next time, I'll go directly to Argentan, even if it means driving the 30km. A word of advice to anyone passing through: drive 20 minutes in either direction; you'll be better served and will get your order complete.
