12/06/2026: I waited 20 minutes for the click & collect, so I went to get it, and the woman sighed... Really unpleasant
09/06/2026: I find the comments harsh. As a regular customer, I very rarely experience any oversights. Wait times vary depending on how busy it is, so it's understandable that on a busy weekend, you'd wait longer.
The only downside is that the products are often cold, possibly because they were prepared too far in advance.
