09/09/2026: We had a very good meal at Central. The food was really good, and I particularly appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the waitress, who even offered to modify my dessert by removing the ingredients I didn't like. A thoughtful touch that I greatly appreciated. However, a major drawback was the noise. The dining room was extremely noisy, especially with several large tables seating six or more people, in addition to the noise from the staff behind the bar, with the dishes clattering regularly. Very good food and attentive service, but the atmosphere was too noisy for my taste.

01/09/2026: The mussels were very generously portioned. There was a bit of a wait and not many smiles, except from the owner. Reservations are recommended as it's always full.

04/10/2026: They no longer accept holiday vouchers. No explanation given. The cashier was vulgar and used a lot of insults. Many items were missing from just two menus.

03/10/2026: We were served by a very kind and competent team member. Unfortunately, we witnessed and heard a rather disturbing scene. This team member's colleagues were belittling him and speaking rudely to him in front of customers. We wish him well; no one should have to experience that at work. Furthermore, the food was cold.
