27/08/2026: Without any shame, I clearly express my dissatisfaction with my order from August 27, 2026. Upon unwrapping my sandwich, I found a live insect inside. Naturally, I asked Google and the GPT chat what it was, and both told me it was a cockroach!
And yes, indeed, that's exactly what it was! Having to argue with the staff because they claimed it was impossible, as all the other sandwiches had been checked and found nothing! Regardless, mine had it! It's shameful of you to have to justify yourself so much!

01/09/2026: Extremely long service for two measly burgers. The waitress had no energy, and it cost €3.20 for a tiny burger with a single lettuce leaf and a small piece of chicken. Overpriced for the quality.
29/08/2026: Hello, I just left Columbus where they offered me a glass of water for €1.90... No milkshakes...
And not a single smile to boot! They need to review the staff!
Disappointed compared to Caen Centre...

Local, high-quality ingredients—everything you need for a good, well-balanced meal! 🥪
It's a shame they were out of caramelized onions; they were so popular!
This royal and delicious meal was the perfect prelude to a very successful nap.

A special mention goes to the two young men who are often preparing the bread: they make a great team, always pleasant and attentive. They're definitely the added bonus of the Mondeville team!

09/08/2026: Slow service, 30 minutes to be served. We received our drinks and ice cream in 20 minutes, but the ice cream had time to melt, and then after another 30 minutes we finally got the rest. Apparently, it's fast food.
