05/07/2026: A restaurant with many different atmospheres. We sat on the terrace overlooking the sea, and it was a truly lovely experience. As for the main course, the food was excellent. We ordered the manta ray and the duck breast. Both dishes were superb, and for dessert, we had some quite decent ice creams. The staff was very professional and friendly.

However, the service is simply appalling...it's the beginning of the season and already unpleasant...we came for a drink and felt like we were bothering them...avoid it

11/06/2026: Booking in advance to be sure of eating at what was supposedly a good restaurant!!
Well, not at all. For an aperitif, there was no option for appetizers or charcuterie boards, only tapas with olive oil (not ideal for allergies), then four butcher's cuts (sirloin steaks) with fries.
We were served four hanger steaks with new potatoes; the dessert was decent.
Then, to top it all off, they added a €30 error to the bill. No attempt at compensation, outrageous prices. For the quality, on the Île d'Oléron, we know how to do better and for less. It's a shame to treat visitors like cash cows.

But the restaurant is full, so why bother making an effort?
