She didn't even give us a hello; she was very nonchalant and spoke very rudely to someone who just wanted to say hello, clearly dismissing them. It's a very bad impression for a salesperson. Honestly, it raises serious questions about her professionalism... You need to review your recruitment process. In this line of work, the first thing customers notice is the professionalism of the sales staff and the welcome they provide. Which was definitely lacking here. And as for the zero-waste basket, it was very mediocre, and the contents weren't great either...

29/06/2026: A warm atmosphere with smiling servers. I had a muffin with hot chocolate and thoroughly enjoyed it! A very pleasant stop before doing some shopping!
