10/08/2026: I come here often and I wanted to give a shout-out to Clément because he's very friendly, kind, and polite. A very good salesperson. Thank you to him for making our time enjoying a delicious pastry.

10/08/2026: I'm sorry I had to remove a star because the servers are incredibly kind and welcoming, the pastries are delicious, and the decor is lovely. The reason I'm taking away a star is that no one dares to reprimand the inconsiderate people who think they can get away with anything... This is the second time I've been here, and both times I've encountered this woman on a video call with her daughter, with the volume at full blast. We could hear the entire conversation, and she was shouting. No one came to tell her to turn it down. We had to go outside to find some peace and quiet.

03/08/2026: Mixed feelings about this restaurant! The waitress was nonchalant, which was a real shame. As for the food, the meat and sauce were excellent. However, the fries were really large and undercooked for our liking. It's worth noting that the prices are reasonable.

04/08/2026: Update to my comment August 4, 2026 at 12:30 AM: Tonight I went to the drive-thru during the night shift. I got my order, but of course, the guys made a mistake again. So I went inside in the pouring rain to demand what I had ordered. I was really angry because there's always something wrong. I noticed that the previous shift had left all their mess behind, leaving their new colleagues completely in the lurch. There were only two of them managing the drive-thru and the Uber Eats orders! With one colleague absent and a broken fryer that exploded! There's a serious lack of discipline at this Burger King. The manager is clearly incompetent. It's outrageous to work in such conditions! This was on June 11, 2022, which is yesterday! I ordered a vegan Whopper meal at the drive-thru: 9 onion rings and 2 fish burgers... Of course, I checked my order and, of course, as usual, something was missing 😡 So I went back around the drive-thru to ask for the onion rings. The cashier apologized for forgetting them, and being a little annoyed (understandable, it's not the first time there have been problems with this Burger King), I asked for more mayo in a rather irritated tone, because, of course, there were only 2 measly mayo packets and 1 sachet of ketchup 🤔 The cashier gave me a dirty look?! Seriously, she's not doing her job properly, and on top of that, when a customer is unhappy because of their incompetence, she gives me a dirty look instead of keeping a low profile?! Okay, to err is human, but there were already problems when it was Quick, and now with the Burger King in Girac, I should point out, it's always the same thing!!! And it's not the first time, and I'm not the only one complaining about the service, the friendliness, and the deplorable state of the restaurant! The second-to-last time I ordered there, I was inside, and the woman who served me also managed to forget part of my order because she was chatting normally in front of the customers instead of concentrating on her job, acting perfectly normal. Yet, it wasn't crowded, and my order wasn't excessively large! I find it absolutely unacceptable that this Burger King team in Girac doesn't question themselves! They're lax, and nobody says anything; it's incredibly frustrating! In short, going to the one in Champniers seems more sensible if you don't want to spend your time doing other people's work! Awful!

12/06/2026: The food was truly excellent, flavorful, and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the waiter's behavior completely ruined the experience. Throughout the order, he kept asking me to repeat what I wanted, as if he wasn't listening or paying attention. This gave an impression of disorganization and a lack of professionalism. The worst part came when it was time to pay. I paid with a large bill, which seemed to greatly upset the waiter. Since he didn't have enough change, he immediately adopted an unpleasant and arrogant attitude, as if the problem lay with the customer. Instead of handling the situation calmly and professionally, he clearly showed his displeasure at having to search for change. The scene became even more surprising when he finally gave up looking for change and started looking at his phone, while his colleague struggled to find the necessary change. This lack of involvement and respect for the customer is difficult to understand in a public establishment. Finally, as I was leaving the restaurant, he didn't even bother to say goodbye or thank me for my visit. A simple gesture of politeness would have sufficed. It's a real shame, because the quality of the food deserves far better than this cold, casual, and unprofessional service.

20/05/2026: Incredible quick street food. Ordered the 2 taco (2 different meats) with chips for only €11 and it is so worth the money, huge portions and lovely food, lovely owners also, couldn’t recommend this place more.

28/06/2026: If you're looking for an excellent cocktail bar, this is THE place to go. Top-notch cocktails made with high-quality ingredients. A truly inviting atmosphere. Friendly and attentive bartenders. A minor drawback is the exterior; there could be a bit more tapas to accompany the drinks. We loved it!

14/05/2026: We went in for a cocktail on a rainy early evening on a public holiday. The bar was empty, so the bar man served us quickly. He explained the additional menu that could be found with a QR code. We had 4 cocktails and a wine. The cocktail of the day was terrible, mixed with fizzy water and loads of ice - it may have been better without all the water and ice. The sidecar tasted watery, maybe just not as much cognac used as the version that we are used to. All served with a small bowl of nuts for the table. We were expecting something special because of the reviews, but were disappointed.

24/07/2026: The boss was awful, didn't even say hello, just "get out." Great experience, we loved it!

16/05/2026: First time in this bar, we went there to play a game of pool and darts, just a typical student outing… We had barely arrived (I'm not exaggerating, we had only stepped inside) when a woman (the owner) literally yelled at us, "You're minors! You're minors! There are minors in this group!" We were a bit shocked and incredulous, but we thought the woman was joking (it was so surreal), so we went up to the bar, and that's when we noticed the woman's strange and very aggressive behavior. "Did someone just laugh?" "Who was making fun of me?" We offered her our ID cards as proof of age, but it was no use (the worst part is that no one reacted to her aggressive behavior; she was literally shouting throughout the bar, and her colleague seemed to think it was normal). Frankly, we left the bar completely bewildered by the situation, and I'm not surprised by the recent comments suggesting she was on drugs because her eyes were wide and she was making numerous nervous gestures. Response to the comment: We understand the restrictions regarding minors, but this does not justify the aggressive reception, especially since we offered to show our ID cards as proof of age. I could say that it's also defamatory to refuse entry to people based on their appearance rather than their actual identity (since we were all adults). Furthermore, we simply agree with the previous comments which also describe the manager's completely erratic behavior (including some comments that explicitly mention physical aggression), which can really lead to confusion regarding certain consumption patterns. Before saying that our judgment was excessive, it's primarily the opinion of many "customers" who had a similar and unpleasant experience.

31/07/2026: Hello, I'm writing to leave you a message. I have absolutely nothing to say about your store or the quality of service. I'm not usually one to leave reviews. But frankly, it's unacceptable to have such a beautiful store and such dirty restrooms with a terrible smell! It completely put me off; I had to relieve myself outside! It's a shame.
